You find your maximum heart rate (220-age) and then get 60% to 85% of that number to find what a healthy target heart rate is.

well when you workout at 60% of your target heart rate, yo are in %26quot;fat burn mode%26quot; and when you work out at 85% you are in cardio mode, hope it helps!
