I am conducting an experiment and i need your help

Please measure your pulse in beats per minute, while relaxed in the following positions.

-Laying down

-Sitting on a chair

-Sitting Cross Legged

-Bending over

Please Help, ill pick first person for best answer

i am at work, i cant do this, but i would suggest you Google for a proper study which i am sure many versions were done and published. Then you can use that and dont forget to quote the source.

Also ask your friends and family which is the easiest data to collect.

To effectivly measure bpm without sitting like a loon for a whole 60 sec with a finger (not thumb) on a pulse point, do it for 6 sec and then times the number by 10.

My brothers is 70bpm by the way. Hope this helps!!
