I read a few day ago that there is an optimal HR for fat burning if
it goes higher u start burning more calories from carbs than from fat, I wonder what is my optimal HR range for fat burn, I will be 24 years in a few weeks, weight 77 kg, male, thank you.

Regardless of the HR you burn protein first, carbs then fat. A higher HR burns calories quicker but it doesnt pick which substance it burns just because it reaches a certain speed.
