Can someone explain the %26quot;Fat Burning Zone%26quot; and how you calculate what it is. And is that even the best thing to follow for someone one trying to lose weight?

I never payed attention to it when I was with the gym...just get your 40 min.workout at least 4 times a week and really work it, make sure you are sweating after the first 20 mins.....you have then reached the point where you are burning fat
