Hi! I carried twins recently and due to the weight of the two babies cutting off my blood supply I would have the both of those. I actually had to go to the emergency room where they put me on a heart monitor. To make a long story short when these instances occur make sure to lay down on your left side. I was told by doctors and nurses to do this and it worked. Also lots and lots of water is good. Make sure to mention it to your doctor just for safe measure. Good luck!
